Try my umami-twist on this classic dish. Shepherd’s Pie or Cottage Pie - what do you call it? Technically, a Shepherd’s Pie is made with lamb and a Cottage Pie with beef. Whatever you want to call them, I love them both. This one here is made with beef and a good squeeze of both Bomba! XXX and Umami Bomb which make the base lovely and rich which goes so well with the creamy mashed potato topping.
