Being a Cancerian, I could not sidestep this easy tasty dish. Fresh picked crab is readily available in most supermarkets. Check out my 'tasty transformation' – Crab Trifolata for another stellar dish. Trifolata is a way of frying thinly sliced vegetables in olive oil with garlic and parsley.
