How Do I Use It?
Use instead of ordinary black pepper to add extra umami-packed heat and flavour to any dish! The finer the grind, the more potent the flavour.
1. STEAKS
Roll and press beef, salmon or tuna steaks in a coarse grind before searing.
2. ROASTS
Lift your potato fries or wedges or roasted vegetables with a fine grind and drizzle of good olive oil.
3. STIR-FRY
Give your chicken, prawn or beef stir-fry some edge with a fine grind whilst
cooking in the wok.
4. SALADS
Coarsely grind to season salads and leafy green vegetables before serving.
5. BREAKFAST
Grind over fried or scrambled eggs for transporting breakfast flavour.
How Much Do I Use?
Grind on fine or coarse setting to taste.
