INGREDIENTS
50g (1.75oz) pinenuts
20g (0.7oz) parmesan, finely grated
Taste #5 Umami Rush
Method
- Place pinenuts in a frying pan over a medium heat and gently toast. Be careful as they can burn very quickly. Once toasted, leave to cool.
- Put the cooled pinenuts and parmesan in a bowl and combine. Shake over a good amount of the Umami Rush and combine once again. Taste and add more Umami Rush if it needs it.
