We think this is one of the most elegant and essentially delicious bloody mary's we've ever encountered. Mind you it requires a bit of work up front, but the results are pure delight.  Do this for guests and you'll be lauded for your culinary genius!The tomato water depending on your patience and method (pressed through a fine-mesh seive or allowed to slowly gather through cheese cloth)  will render the essence of the tomatoes without the "fuzzy thickness" of commercial tomato juice.
