Misticanza is a mix of salad leaves and herbs such as borage and mint.
INGREDIENTS
14 ounces misticanza (mixed leaf salad)
12 bocconcini di mozzarella di buffala, torn into chunks
1 cantaloupe melon, peeled, deseeded, and diced
1 punnet of strawberries, quartered
handful of toasted flaked almonds
6 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons sherry vinegar
salt flakes and freshly grated black pepper
METHOD
Arrange the leaves over 4 plates
Arrange the bocconcini and melon chunks across the misticanza
Scatter the strawberries and almonds
Drizzle with the oil and vinegar
Season to taste
