INGREDIENTS
extra virgin olive oil
salt flakes and freshly ground black pepper
one of the following:
wine vinegar
balsamic vinegar
lemon juice
flavored vinegar
1 healthy pinch of madness!
METHOD
Add your own madness to the method. I have led the way with a couple of crazy combinations in my top 10 Italian Vegetable Recipes.
I never make dressing on the side but dress over the bowl. My preferred ingredients are above.
NOTE: I often sprinkle salads with Furikake or mixed seeds for a nutritious extray nutty flavor!
