This is loosely based on Cajun seasoning mix and is really great with almost anything, but really great with pan-seared chicken breasts, fish and pork.
INGREDIENTS
4 ounces paprika
5 tablespoons salt
5 tablespoons freshly ground white pepper
5 tablespoons garlic powder
5 tablespoons onion powder
2 ½ tablespoons dried thyme
2 ½ tablespoons dried oregano
2 ½ tablespoons cayenne pepper
2 ½ tablespoons freshly ground black pepper
METHOD
DRY RUB – Coarsely mill the ingredients
STARDUST - Use a coffee grinder to yield a fine powder of tasty sprinkles
